What makes goat milk soap so special? Well, I am glad you asked...
Goat milk is a complex, living food that contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, along with beneficial lactic acid. Not only is it a super food, but this combination makes for a unique, skin softening ingredient like no other. Goat milk has been used as a beauty agent for thousands of years and for good reason. Nothing compares to its gentle composition. It is wonderful for babies, children, and adults with the most delicate skin.
Our goats are raised naturally. Our girls are pampered and loved, just like members of the family. We take care of them and they take care of us by providing our family with delicious, health-giving, creamy milk. Goat milk nourishes the body from the inside out!

Coming Soon! Our beautiful, healthy, skin loving, goat milk soap.....

Any soap you buy -- whether it's handmade like mine, or purchased from the grocery store -- is made much the same way: A chemical reaction between lye and oils. This produces soap: a salt-based detergent (the part that cleans), and glycerine (the part that moisturizes).

Now the part the grocery store won't tell you: Those big commercial soapmakers take out most of the glycerine before the let the soap harden into bars. Yup, that means most of the moisturizing stuff has been removed! Then they make it into lotions and sell it right back to you.

Sounds like a scam? I don't like it much. That's why I leave all the glycerine in the soap I make (I wouldn't know how to take it out anyway!). So my soap cleans _and_ moisturizes your skin -- exactly what it needs!

Each bar weighs about 5 ounces.
